Spreading God’s favour

“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests.” (Luke 2:14)

In this season of goodwill, don’t forget that we are the channels through which God’s favour comes to men. Just to encourage you to get out there, here are a few recent testimonies of Hillside people who have stepped out to bring God’s blessing to people:

A young girl from Hillside Church was giving prophetic words at the Danny Silk conference (November 10^th -12^th) as people were making their way into the building. She got a picture of a shield for an older man and proceeded to tell him what she saw, explaining that she felt he had been hiding behind his own shield, but that God wanted to be his shield. He thanked her for the word and moved on. The next day he came back to her because he had remembered that a few days before the conference a close friend had given him a shield because he felt it would be significant for him. He was greatly encouraged!

One of the guys on the prophetic team at the Danny Silk conference got a word of knowledge for a lady that she had a pain in her left ankle. She said her ankle was fine at that moment but that she had had an inexplicable pain in that ankle the day before. The guy praying took her experience as a word of knowledge for others. He called out the word in the main meeting and a man was healed of the pain in his left ankle.
